$200-$299.00 = $45

$300-$399.00 = $50

$400-$499.00 = $60

$500-$599.00 = $70

$600-$699.00 = $80

$700-$799.00 = $90

$800-$899.00 = $100

$900-$999.00 = $125

$1000-$1100.00 =$150

Over $1200.00 = $200
